Scheduled - Following on from our previous email communications, Openreach emergency works are scheduled for Monday 21 April, between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
These works will affect customers in Rumford and Trenace, and there will be a full loss of service during this time.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Our teams are aware of the works and will be closely monitoring the network, ensuring that all customers are restored as quickly as possible once the works are complete.

Identified - Please be aware that there is a current National Grid power outage affecting the area of Constantine and the following postcodes: TR11 5AG and TR12 7AE.
As a result, you may be experiencing a loss of service. National Grid has identified the cause and is currently working to resolve the issue. Service restoration is currently estimated for 4pm.
