Following on from our previous email communications, Openreach emergency works are scheduled for Monday 21 April, between 7:00am and 6:00pm. These works will affect customers in Rumford and Trenace, and there will be a full loss of service during this time. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Our teams are aware of the works and will be closely monitoring the network, ensuring that all customers are restored as quickly as possible once the works are complete.
